Bungee Workout(TM) is a HIIT (High- Intensity Interval Training) exercise. Bungee burns calories and fat in a short period of time. HIIT is great if you have a limited amount of time to work out.  We provide a unique workout concept modified from acrobatic for everyone. Participants wear a hip harness which is clipped on our *IRATA certified system. Each class is limited to 7 participants and 60 minutes long. Bungee Workout(TM) works almost every muscle in your body. Muscle tone focused strengthening and stabilization the core of your body. The experience using bungee resistance gives you a wonderful and effective exercise in the air. We guarantee you can feel how bungee works after the first class. Let's clip on and fly high!


Grand Jete Dance Center is a Bungee workout Certified Studio. Our instructors are certified Bungee Workout Instructor.



Bungee Workout

Bungee Workout works almost every muscle in your body, what's the fun without some grooves? This class is a combination of our signature bungee workout and various dance styles such as ballet jazz, pop dance and contemporary dance. Each class includes a choreography for you to enjoy dancing in the air.

Bungee Fit

Bungee Fit is an intensive bungee workout with high energy music to get you pumped. It allows you to push up more, fly more and burn more. This is a non-stop cardio exercise with bungee resistance making you run for more than 7 kilometers in class. Burn up to 1200-1700 calories in one session!

Bungee Kids is a unique class designed for kids of ages from 7 to 9 years old. The objective of the class is to enhance physical coordination and gain a sense of achievement with a fun activity.
