Guide to Bungee Workout

Things you should know before your first Bungee Workout

Training guides:

  1. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts.

  2. Avoid heavy meals before training at least 2 hours ahead.

  3. Prepare light meal/sweets/fruit with you during training.

  4. Pants should be thick & smooth fabric without zippers, buttons or any solid decoration. Thick fabric like "wetsuit" or "sliming pants” or “spinning pants”can be helpful during long hours of training. 

  5. The session will be in barefoot. You may wear socks with grips or any support wear if needed.

  6. Short nails would be ideal for your own safety

Rules & regulations:

  1. Before the class we will require students to sign off a health policy.

  2. During the class session, students are not allowed to record videos or take photos. Students may take photos after class.

  3. A certified instructor can lead BGWO class at any BGWO studio or BGWO training Center worldwide.

  4. Photo/videos may be recorded by our Licensor for marketing purpose.

Room 903, 33 Tseuk Luk Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon.

How long is the class? 
60 minutes.

How many people are there in each Bungee class?  
Each class is limited to 7 people. Please book in advance due to limited space.

Where should I start?  
If you are new to exercising and enjoy body movements with music, we recommend that you start with the Bungee Workout class.

If you have experience with intense cardio training, you can go for the Bungee Fit class.

What's the difference between Bungee Workout and Bungee Fit?
Bungee Workout is a combination of dance and fitness exercises. Bungee Fit is a pure intense cardio exercise. 

What should I wear? 
Participants should wear leggings or yoga pants for Bungee classes as you will wear a pair of neoprene shorts over your own pants. If you don't have any leggings or yoga pants, athletic shorts also work too. 
T-shirts, Tank tops, etc. are all suitable for Bungee classes.

How do I book a class?  
Our online booking or you can also reserve a class by phone (92791231). We strongly recommend 
pre-registering for classes to reserve your spot.


How many calories will I burn? 
A class will help burn between 500 and 600 calories - equivalent to one whole hour on the elliptical or treadmill. 

Is there a weight limit? 
300lbs maximum is our weight limit for our location's Bungee system.

Is there an age limit?  
We welcome anyone over the age of 9 to come fly with us.
Parents are required to sign a liability waiver for students under the age of 18. This must be done in person.
